Located in a suburban shopping center, this 9,400 sq. ft. tenant space was fitted out as an integrated primary care and behavioral health outpatient facility.

The layout separates medical and consultation zones with dedicated corridors accessed from the waiting and reception area through controlled entry points. The front of the space serves as a family-friendly community area, incorporating natural light, high ceilings, varied seating, and a children’s area to foster interaction between patients, families, and staff.

To create a non-institutional feel, the design prioritizes natural-looking interior finishes and a warm, calming color palette.
